Patch Test

Service Description

Please book your service at the same time /or before you book your patch test. We have more flexible times available for patch tests during salon opening hours, so if you have already booked your appointment you can book online for this or pop me a message and Ill give you the extra times for the salon and other staff are trained to perform this short appointment. A patch test is a small piece of eyelash extension adhesive placed on the inside of your wrist, This test aims to determine if your client may have an allergy or sensitivity to the product we are using. Patch tests must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 50% upfront payment. All payments are non refundable & non transferable. You must pay immediately to secure your booking as we do not hold times or add clients to the diary until the 50% payment is paid. Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior or the full cost of the appointment will be charged. You will not be able to rebook until the payment has been made. Arrive promptly at the scheduled time (no more than 5 minutes early unless advised otherwise) Please come alone to your appointment If you are more than 5 minutes late without prior arrangement, the appointment may be cancelled and the above cancellation fee will apply. You must agree to follow the correct aftercare & use our lash bath kit and rules for caring for your lashes for longer lasting lashes. I will be strict with these policies and I want to be able to offer the best possible efficiency for my clients aswell a as great service so thank you in advance
